A Word From The Founder

Looking back, I discovered that this problem impacted my life 3 different times: Dear College Students: I knew that I wanted to go to college but, like many of you, I did not know what my major would be. Does this sound familiar? As a result of not knowing what I wanted to be or do after graduation, I realized that I had two choices: (1) select any major and graduate or (2) find a way to discover the right college major. I could have achieved immediate results from the first option, but I would not have been happy. The second option required me to push my graduation back until I could select a major that would make me happy. It was clear that the type of guidance I needed was not being taught. As a result of this situation, I felt uncomfortable. My inability, at the time, to make this decision was due to lack of knowledge in the area of career development. The lack of knowledge in this area cost me a tremendous amount of money, time, and other resources. The first time I was a high school senior, the second time I was a sophomore in college and the third time I was at the completion of a very successful military career followed by employment as a Marriott executive. At each juncture, I had to conduct major research, which was costly and time consuming, to determine my next step and how to proceed. School-To-Success was developed and designed to solve this problem.

Step Three—Identify Your Skills, Financial Planning, and Management

Step Four—Identify the Things You Love

Step Five—Develop a Bio and Résumé

Step Six—Practice Interviews, Mentoring and Ministry Assignments

Step Seven—Create an Education and Career Plan for Future Success

What is the School-To-Success Academy Course for College Students?

 School-To-Success for college students is a self-discovery, life purpose, leadership, management, creative goal setting program and ministry designed to help college students set clear goals and objectives for a successful life after graduation. This program helps college students help businesses reach their goals and mission.

Who is the target audience?

 College students who have changed education and career majors one or more times and still do not know what they want to be or do after graduation and at various points in their lives.

Situation 1. I am a college freshman. I have plenty of time to think about what I really    want to do after I graduate.
